CJ McCollum led all scorers with 33 points, along with 4 rebounds and 5 assists for the Pelicans, while Jonas Valanciunas added 23 points, 13 rebounds and 5 assists in the victory. Cade Cunningham tallied 22 points and 11 assists for the Pistons. The Pelicans improve to 4-1 on the season, while the Pistons fall to 2-4.
