Bodycam video captured the moment a bystander tackled a suspect fleeing from police in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Police say the suspect was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and felony warrants in a neighboring county. Police praised the citizen but warned the public to "put their own safety first" before doing something similar. CNN could not reach the suspect or a legal representative for comment. #cnn
