China floods: Several killed and dozens missing after Typhoon Doksuri

Floods in Beijing and surrounding areas after heavy rain from Typhoon Doksuri have destroyed roads, uprooted trees, and knocked out power.

The People's Liberation Army and rescue teams were dispatched to deliver supplies and evacuate people in inaccessible villages.

Several have been killed and dozens have been reported missing, the government said on Tuesday.
