West Ham fan and musician Chesney Hawkes has hailed West Ham's Europa Conference League final victory.

The singer, who shot to fame with chart-topping The One and Only in 1991, performed alongside his son ahead of the final.

It was West Ham's first major trophy in more than 40 years.
