CCTV: Suspect sets fire to US jail in Indiana

A man has been filmed entering a US jail, dousing a waiting area with a flammable liquid, and then setting it alight and running away.

Police are appealing for information on the man seen in the footage, but say that no one was injured in the incident and the damage was minimal.
