California, truck makers reach deal to ban diesel big rigs

In California, some truck manufacturers have agreed to a deal to ban the sale of new diesel big rigs by 2036, which account for nearly one-third of nitrogen oxide pollution in the state. Tim Puko, climate correspondent for the Washington Post, joins CBS News to discuss the effort to kick-start the industry's transition to electric commercial trucks.
