Shadow education secretary, Bridget Phillipson MP, says MPs must proceed with care when involved in protests or sensitive discussions.

Ms Phillipson agreed that the situation in Gaza is "an emergency, a catastrophe, a crisis" with "the plight of women and children seen daily on our television screens".
