The driver who slammed his car into a parked SUV that was part of President Biden's motorcade has been charged with DUI, police told FOX News Digital.

The crash happened Sunday night near Biden's campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware.

The roads nearby were closed off at the time of the crash, police said.
