President Biden on Friday addressed the United Auto Workers' strike against Detroit's Big Three automakers that began at midnight after union and company leaders failed to reach a new labor agreement before the contract expired. UAW President Shawn Fain said on Facebook Live that employees at three Ford, General Motors and Stellantis factories would immediately walk off the job.
