One of the floating symbols of the government's asylum policy docked today, just hours after the controversial Illegal Migration Bill passed through Parliament.

The Bibby Stockholm will house up to 500 asylum seekers in Portland, Dorset.

Two additional ships will no longer be used as Sky News understands they have been unable to find a port that will welcome them.
