Staff at the Chatrium Golf Resort in Thailand found a baby elephant trapped in a cement drainage pond that was about six feet deep. While the mother watched over, volunteers from the Khao Soi Dao Wildlife Sanctuary used a backhoe to dig out a path for the elephant. Officials say the mother and baby were reunited with their herd.
