A convicted double-murderer elbowed his attorney in the face, just ahead of sentencing. Joseph Zieler was sentenced to death by a judge for the 1990 murders of 11-year-old Robin Cornell and family friend Lisa Story in Cape Coral, Florida.

Video from inside court shows Zieler call over his attorney, who leans forward to listen, but instead Zieler elbows the attorney in the face.
