Sky's Sam Coates reacts to the Prime Minister's conference speech, saying "there was not a lot in it to surprise us", adding we "knew the outline" long ago.

As he closed the Conservative Party conference, Rishi Sunak axed phase two of the high speed rail line HS2 - but promised to spend the cash on hundreds of other projects instead.
