Philip Rycroft, former permanent secretary for the Department for Exiting the EU, discusses Rishi Sunak's meeting with Elon Musk, cautioning politicians against "kowtowing" to business leaders.

Speaking to Sky's Beth Rigby, Mr Rycroft said online regulation is for politicians to decide on, adding that "nobody's elected Elon Musk" and the tech billionaire is "not a stateman".
