G7 Summit: President Zelenskyy and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak meet in Hiroshima

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak have now met in Hiroshima, Japan, where the G7 summit is being held this weekend.

Mr Sunak greeted Mr Zelenskyy with a warm embrace at the G7 summit, telling him: "You made it."

Asked if it was a good day, the Ukrainian president smiled, nodded, and said: "thank you".

Mr Zelenskyy met with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni earlier in the day.
