A driver in Florida, who police suspect was not paying due attention to the road, has narrowly survived being launched into the air after driving into a tow truck.

Bodycam footage shows the vehicle driving up the truck's ramp at full speed before flying to the air.

A 21-year-old woman survived the collision but suffered serious injuries.
