Annecy attack: Foreign Secretary James Cleverly says 'thoughts' are with victims

Foreign Secretary James Cleverly MP has made a statement on the knife attack in Annecy, France, and revealed that one child injured in the incident is a British national.

He also said his "thoughts are with the victims and the families".
